The State of Application Services Report (SOAS) is a report released annually. This year’s style was inspired by ‘dark mode’ which used isometric illustrations to bring the data together as a visual story. My role was to work with the art director and senior designer to design small visual stories that went along with the copy from the writer. The Project was two months long, but I came up with the first round of illustration concepts in one week and then worked with the art director to finalize the set.
