State of Application Strategy Report 2024
The State of Application Strategy Report (SOAS) is published annually. In this year's edition, we aimed to update the look and feel to align with the new creative framework. We decided to move away from human-first illustration and starting using the technical vignette styling. Each illustration used a certain set of colors to differentiate each other but they all had the same styling.
Objectives: The SOAS report is one of the most, if not the most, downloaded report produced each year. It consistently ranks as one of the highest-performing WFS pages in the monthly SEO report. In 2024 we will continue to leverage the SOAS report as a thought leadership asset, a driver of new engagements with customers, and an opportunity to communicate with current customers.
Duration: ~3 months

Instead of a PDF, we decided to do a web experience to be more modern and be able to track data for who’s visiting the site. Don Flora, our UX designer created small animations of my illustrations using the software, Ceros for a more interesting effect than if they were static. We wanted the infographic to feel like a timeline that appears as you scroll down. The web experience is here
