Pet Shelter App case study

Last year, I completed a comprehensive six-month UX design course offered by Google. During this course, I worked on two design projects, including creating a pet shelter app, which serves as the focus of this case study.

The mobile version of the app was my initial project. For my final project, I could either create a new app from scratch or develop a desktop version of the pet shelter app. I chose to extend my original project by building its desktop counterpart.

Several aspects stood out to me throughout the development process, particularly accessibility, effective color selection, and the importance of user interviews. Conducting interviews highlighted numerous pain points that I hadn't considered initially, underscoring the value of user feedback in the design process.
